Shhhh!!! My Little Black Book…

Have you ever heard the phrase “my little black book”? It is often referred to as a book of scams, “ex-lovers”, etc. Belinda Carlisle actually had a hit in 1992 called “Little Black Book”, listen here.

W…e…l…l, I certainly hope we did not disappoint you with our blog title but, you will not find scams or ex-lovers in “Our” Little Black Book.

You will find it "filled" with past “LOVES”, though (like this one pictured here)...and I must say, “Our” Little Black Book isn’t so “little”! (big grin)
(A friend periodically sends me envelopes packed full of magazine clippings like this one. This clipping was sent noting on it she wanted me to design her something similar…over 4 years ago (past love)! She has been a HUGE help as she knows that I don’t have time to keep up with current magazines. She is a blessing and she knows that I love and appreciate her. A fair trade for FREE earrings…
because “I want” to!) (big grin)

... and probably not filled with the kind of “loves” you were thinking.

Our “Little” Black Book actually measures…
more than 14” long,
over 9” wide and
roughly 2 ½” thick…
it is so packed that it will not zip closed.
If you look closely there is a white box sitting in the picture just on the backside of our “Little” Black Book. This box measures 4” tall and holds a piece of paper perfectly for project instructions, information, magazine clippings, and other helpful articles...(treasures) to rest in (picture is not exactly taken straight…I am not the photographer, lol). This white box is currently FULL but, the items will remain in the box until we can get them into this book. Hum, perhaps we need to work on adding a second “Little” Black Book! ;o)

  1. Vee, you are so creative! I just love your blogs! They make me smile. I'm afraid my title would not make for a good read, "What's in them drawers" or better yet, "My drawers are full". LOL

    Love you much, dear friend
